Within this site you may print off all of your patient forms and fill them out before you enter the office (see Patient Forms) so the doctor can begin with a thorough examination and assess your areas of concern, as well as carefully consider your health history. She is trained in x-ray techniques and in order to make an accurate diagnosis may ask for x-rays of your back and neck. Only after this initial examination will she offer a recommended course of treatment. Based on the analysis of your initial examination, your treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies, and home exercises.

We have been in Rockford since 1995. We recently moved to a more central location on South Mulford Road new East State Street/Forest Plaza. We are in a newly remodeled free standing building with a private parking lot directly behind the E. State Street Kmart.

Our mission is to get athletes/patients back into the game or on the job as safely and quickly as possible. We can even improve their performance by helping the body work more efficiently and consistently. Not only do we help eliminate pain and quickly return them to their normal activities but we also provide education on how they can help themselves. When the body is at optimal function, everyday activities (recreational and work related) are easier. And when there is no pain optimal mental function can occur (pain can make the best of us short tempered or distracted)
